For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Easter!
    Yesterday I walked a lot, ate a lot and laughed a lot. A day out on the town with a good friend, doing whatever we wanted, was a much needed break. Tomorrow I get back on track, enjoying one day at a time, in a healthier way.

Well was a good first week for me consistant with diet and exercise. But that is how it usually goes..a great first week, i get lazy and then have to hustle to finish at goal. My plan is to not fall into that behavior but try to have more consistant weeks for better total success..that being said was sidelined fri and sat with sorethroat and cough😐..Happy Easter all!

Started at 150. Dropped to 147. Ate pasta for two days in a row, now I'm 151. 😂 It really is some sort of devil's food when it comes to bloating!

Today is Easter and I am eating candy with the kids. I started at 130 and weighed myself today at 128. Just ate some mini Charleston Chews! I feel disgusting, so I think I need to slow down. Will try to eat as sensibly as possible at family dinner! Good luck on this Holiday weekend! Kids go back to school tomorrow! Week 2! WE GOT THIS!

My husband gave up sweets for lent. I have been staying away from them since starting this game. Last night we went to the store and I bought some low calorie peanut butter ice cream bars. I was so sure I was “needing” a treat. Funny thing is we got home, he put the groceries away and I completely forgot about them. I’m really starting to believe this whole “a craving lasts about 20 minutes”.
