For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Easter!
    Yesterday I walked a lot, ate a lot and laughed a lot. A day out on the town with a good friend, doing whatever we wanted, was a much needed break. Tomorrow I get back on track, enjoying one day at a time, in a healthier way.

I am hoping to make my goal but though I have been really working out consistently and with good intensity, plus eating healthy, my scale has jumped up a pound. I have been holding at this weight up a couple or down a couple for so long. I can't seem to get down and hold it down. It is frustrating. I bought a blood sugar tester so I can track that. Makes me wonder if something else is going on.

Happy Friday! So what does everyone have planned for the weekend and how do you plan on sticking to your healthy habits?

Saturday, I'm running 5 miles with my running group at 6am and Sunday I'm going to try a new class at the gym. Then I'll work on some meal prepping for the week and if it's nice out we may take the pups to the beach for a walk.

Hi guys

Though day yesterday and I ate some corn nachos (no dressing) 😱😱, for the rest of the day I behaved. So starting today with energy and focused on the goal. Will go for a long walk now. Have a good day!

Whether you prefer low carbs or calorie counting, we want to hear what your favorite meals are. If you have a recipe handy that would be great but it's not necessary, pictures work just as well. Let's try to include some ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I tend to limit my carb intake unless I have a long run planned. One of my favorite meals is Parmesan encrusted chicken with salad or veggies. I take boneless chicken breasts and coat them on both sides with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, and a light coating of Panko breadcrumbs. Bake it for about an hour, depending on the size of the chicken and serve with a salad or veggie. You can also use pork chops instead of chicken.

I found a soup recipe on a WW message board. I call it chicken taco soup (taco shells/chips optional). Without chips/shells it is a 0 pt soup:

1 can corn (not drained)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 can of diced tomatoes (not drained)
one onion (optional) - diced
1 packet of taco seaoning (I like the chicken taco seasoning)

1 lb of chicken breast tenders frozen or thawed.
(other option is using canned chicken breast)

I toss all into my instant pot and cook for 15 min if not frozen chicken or 30 for frozen chicken that is frozen in a solid block. After it is cooked the chicken shreds easily.

I like to add some sour cream to mine but it is good without it also.
