  • So between the 3rd, (we have fireworks where I live so I had a BBQ and drinks) the 4th, (had champagne and hung out at home) and yesterday having Friday off...not much exercise and a lot of drinking.

    To be honest I only had a few bites of sweets...other than the alcohol I stuck pretty well to my WW points.

    Got on the scale this morning and I gained 1.4 lbs. Yes it's a gain, but it could have been a LOT worse considering 3 days of not much movement, alcohol, and some off track eating.

    Back at I again today, heading out with my bf and dog (see pic...she loves exploring) for a hike and some exploring...

    How did everyone else do this holiday week?

@rachel That's what I am hoping! I'll be super strict today and tomorrow then weight again on Monday (my official weigh-in day). :blush:
