Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • So like I said the other day I'm currently on a social media detox, but I will be back on IG mid to late September. I will be hosting my next Dietbet on October 14th which will end on November 10th. I chose this date specifically because I wanted to do one shortly before the holidays..that way we can strengthen our healthy habits together. We can do a fitness challenge to keep our endurance up, share healthy recipe ideas to both enjoy and survive the holiday season, brainstorm healthy gift giving ideas and also explore how to keep our moods elevated as we enter winter. The holidays/winter can be stressful for many reason..some are grieving loved ones, some struggle with food addiction when being surrounded with SO many holiday favorites, some get more stressed financially which can lead to stress eating, and some struggle with seasonal depression. I want to talk about all of those topics and want us to help one another be prepared to survive and thrive during the holidays and winter. I have already joined the game to keep myself focused and committed. I truly hope to see many of you in the game with me ❤

i know i missed it as i just saw this now my name is Patti , Patricia, PZ or just plain ole Z ha ha. I am trying to amuse y'all. Amber, you are a great hostess! My first couple of DB's were with a non-present host and while I have nothing but admiration for her and thankful to read her story which ultimately got me to Dietbet, I prefer a more interactive host. Amber popped up in my IG one day, I connected then I saw she was doing her own Dietbet so I joined immediately. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

  • My dinner this evening. Freshly picked tomatoes and peppers that I grew from seed, Gyudon , a Japanese dish , edamame and a bowl of freshly stir fried on Pam veggies. What I have discovered about myself was I use to be a “sauce” girl and would use the veggies to use a ton of sauce. Veggies taste so much better with a half teaspoon or no sauce

It is amazing how much sauce I don't consume anymore LOL. I do still love my Bam Bam sauce from Aldi - got to be careful with that one

I didn't eat lunch today and weighed when I got home. I actually made it under my goal after being so worried about it. But I know if I eat, it'll probably go back over, so I'm sitting here staring at my fridge, waiting for that "verified" notification so I can eat my chicken and brussel sprouts.
Those are gonna be the best brussel sprouts EVER. 😂

  • Only 2lbs away but I'm honestly not mad. I'm proud of how hard I worked and the relationships I've gotten to build this past month. It's such a cool opportunity to host throughout my journey..I never pretend to be an expert or have it all figured out..we are doing this together and helping teach/inspire one another. So thank you for all that you guys teach me and for being an awesome source of inspiration!!

It takes time for the game to finalize. Once everyone has weighed out and the window for weight out closes then you get notification


Jessica B. It normally says "you've won" as soon as you submit a winning weight. I don't mean the finalization, that always takes a while.
