How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I said YES over the weekend!!! ❤ This is my first ever dietbet and I have followed Lexi for a long time. I'm just now gathering the courage to do this... also, I have a wedding to look good for! I would love feedback on how to overcome low willpower. I have always been a big girl and tried what feels like everything to get healthy. I always revert back to food as comfort from anxiety, which causes more anxiety! I'm hoping this will be a new motivator for me. Good luck to all!!

Congrats !!! I also struggle with periods of very low willpower, so I asked people close to me to keep me in check during those times, give me little pep talks, draw out my competitive side etc. For example, one of my friends sends me a 10k step challenge every time I seem like I'm having a lazy day (I have an intense love/hate relationship with that method but I can't deny it gets me moving
