How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I didn’t “win” by losing 4% of my body weight in 4 weeks, per say, yet I did win in dozens of other ways:
- making all of you as new friends
- getting loads of incredible recipe ideas
- feeling positive and grateful every time I signed in and rest your posts and insights
- closed the month leaner than I started during a time of year where it’s easy to gain.
- and truly and sincerely seeing how many of you really did achieve this impressive and ambitious goal you set out for makes me the happiest person in the world.

Anyone can do some silly detox and lose a couple of pounds over a weekend but learning to eat well and live well with the 2B mindset approach and maintain that weight loss for the whole month is remarkable. I’m incredibly thankful and impressed with all of you and look forward to hosting a game in mid November at the peak of the temptation time when you and I could use it the most.   • Today is the day, some quick tips to drop fast:

    Aim for 100+ ounces of water, (preferably by 5 pm so you’re not up all night in the bathroom!)

    Stay busy. Busy is always better than boredom. Organize, clean, plan for your week ahead, take a walk, read..

    Have a dinner and lunch made up of veggies most. Make sure at least half your plate is filled with veggies; broccoli, green beans, cauliflower rice, salad, a soup...

    Have lean protein at every meal

    Aim for an early dinner (I like to be done done by 7, but ideally 6:30 when I can). Then be dinner and done ✅

    And essentially everything I say in the “start losing weight now” video from the 2B mindset program!

Woot woot!!!! So happy for these to motivate me to be consistent! We had a major holiday meal on Sunday night. I worked hard to way lots of the good things and stay in major moderation for the rich stuff. I took home apple pie to enjoy after this was over :laughing: then I'll get back to my veggies...

Disappointed in Dietbet. I weighed in on the 5th because I was traveling for the week with no scale available. Now its saying I didn't win even though I beat my goal!? Did anyone else have this problem?

The official end of game weigh in was Oct. 7-8. You have to submit on those days for it to count.

Every winner MUST submit their final weight during the 48 hr weigh out window (for us it was Oct 7 - Oct 8).

(Technically, there was a way you could have weighed out earlier on the 5th, but you needed to have been a ‘member’ and have reused a Progress Weigh In. You still would have needed to log into the game on the 7th to submit that final weight).
