How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- So my journey this month started out rocky...New Years’ parties, travel, my period...but after all that I’m more than halfway there. I tried something new his month—intuitive eating. Only two rules for me: 1. Drink at least 64 oz of water every day (not including what I drink during workouts) and 2. Be mindful for what I eat (avoid eating straight from packages, avoid eating while working or in front of the TV, etc.). I love it because I never feel guilty about what I’m consuming.
