For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Top tips for shedding fast :

    1. More water more weight loss. Drink up- especially if it’s hot outside by you.

    2. Eat!! It’s good to eat, you’ll sometimes see on days that you eat more, you weigh less, but focus on veggies! Focus on the lean machines like lettuces, kale, spinach, eggplant, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, zucchini, cucumber, celery etc.

    3. Eat enough protein at your last meal so you can stay full for the night and be “dinner & done”. Bonus ounces if you try to make that earlier rather than later so you give your body ~12 hours to digest and rest before you weigh in.

    4. get more sleep

    5. use less salt/soy sauce/miso/pickles/ & bottled condiments .. and replace with herbs and seasonings like basil, garlic and onion powder. Use fresh tomatoes instead of ketchup. Use lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, vinegar and oil to replace dressings and sauces


    6. If you’re constipated, try magnesium, or dandelion or hibiscus tea or another brand tea with a detox blend like the kind by yogi.

I don't understand these small payouts with these large pots. I won $6.62 after what I paid to enter the contest. This was highly disappointing.

Kathe, I do take care of myself. I had a baby and that's why I needed to lose weight. I'm doing with or without a diet bet, however, everyone in the world wouldn't mind a little incentive as well. Winning a couple dollars is NOT my ideal of fair when you just assisted other people in making thousands of dollars off of YOU losing weight. That is a bunch of bull and a complete rip off. Other people benefiting on YOU needing to lose weight. I promise you, I'll never help them make another dollar off of me. That payout was total BULLSHIT! All I can say is that when you know better you do better!!!! That's it and that's all. I'm not a mediocre women so I don't take mediocre pennies and the last of what's left in the bottom of the pot. I'm worth more than that and NOBODY is benefiting off of me needing to lose weight after having my daughter. NOBODY except me when I'm back in my bikini this summer!!!

I’m so beyond grateful for making my goal this month. I didn’t make it on my first dietbet but decided to give it another try and it was so worth it! I’m 4% down and i’m gonna keep going. I’m healthier than I was before, got to develop good habits, got my money back PLUS $11.62! Congrats to everyone who took a step to do this and even if you didn’t win like I didn’t last time find what works for you or try again. :)

I made it! .2 pounds, just shaved by. Whew! This was the most challenging dietbet I have ever won! Thank you Jesus!
