For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I have been staying decently on track for almost 3 months and had lost almost 25 pounds. Then this weekend I just ate all the things. I’m determined to get back in control today but this weekend hit me so hard!

yes! I was telling my husband that I can tell such a huge difference. I have had barely any processed sugar the past few months and having so much this weekend had me feeling so awful! My brain was cloudy, my stomach was uncomfortable, and honestly I was just so bleh. It’s been a struggle this week getting back on track but I’m getting there! :muscle:

The thing is that I really love veggies and practically live on them when I’m eating healthy but I’m a breastfeeding mom so I have to keep an eye on my calories to make sure my supply doesn’t drop. The problem is that I am horribly addicted to sugar also so I need to just stay away for the most part or I will loose control :sweat_smile:
