How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • This is to everyone who joins this game!! Remember we are tackling 4 weeks at a time, we are not trying to sprint to the finish line. Do you still have a goal to meet in 4 weeks?! Absolutely.
    Is it going to be challenging? Yes.
    Is it impossible? NO.
    The most important thing you can do for yourself is FOCUS on the 4 weeks ahead of you one day at a time. No more, no less. We didn’t put it all on overnight so we can’t expect it to all come in 4 weeks. When I first started losing weight my only goal was to make it to my first goal & that was just to get out of the 300’s I never told myself Franny you have to lose 150 lbs & you have to do it in this time frame. I reminded myself that the small goals will eventually add up. It was much easier for me to focus on the smaller time frames vs. the longer ones. Let’s take this one month at a time, I want success for all of you without you guys feeling overwhelmed. Also, to anyone who’s been with me for awhile I am so
    proud of you & all of your continued lifestyle changes!Game after game you prove to yourself what you’re capable of while setting an example for others. So whether you’re new to dietbet or not I’m excited to crush these 4 weeks with you all!
