Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Good morning everyone, happy Tuesday! Share in a comment on this post your favorite healthy choices or swaps when eating out. Fast food or sit down restaurants...what is your go to healthy meal on the go? Two random players in the comments will win $10.00 paid through PayPal. My go to fast food places for healthier options are Chipotle and In-N-Out. At Chipotle I usually get a veggie bowl or tacos. At In-N-Out, I like protein style or tomato wrapped double doubles with a spread packet on the side so I can choose how much to use :)

i usually get the grilled chicken burger at wendy’s without sauce because that adds a ton of calories & i don’t even like the taste hahah! & of course water as my drink. or if we’re ordering pizza, i try to get a thin or gluten free crust & eat 2-3 slices rather than scarfing down the whole thing like i usually do:joy:
