    Your weight will not go down every single day/week on this journey. Just not going to happen. Recognize that our bodies can fluctuate for SO MANY REASONS. Don’t let the scale fluctuating be another excuse for you to quit. Because if you do, you’ll be on this up and down roller coaster of starting and quitting forever. What would happen if you just kept pushing? If you stopped using everything that didn’t go your way as an excuse? JUST KEEP GOING and you WILL get to where you want to be
