  • This has been such a yummy lunch for me lately that doesn’t need hardly any prep work! What’s seen here is about 410 calories 41 grams of carbs, 14 grams of fat and 38 grams of protein. How I make it:
    -One low carb wrap/lavash (mine were 70 calories each from Whole Foods)
    -Spread one laughing cow cheese on the lavash
    -Throw down a handful of arugula and/or spinach
    -Add grilled chicken strips (I did 3.5oz of Tyson brand pre-grilled chicken strips that are sold frozen, I heat them in my air fryer
    -Top with an ounce of goat cheese and 1/8 cup of craisins ands enjoy!!
