For the next challenge i want you guys to post your go to low calorie meal and recipe! I find it so helpful seeing other peoples, it gives me new ideas and its always so nice to switch things up!

I love making chicken tacos. I usually make a big batch so I can freeze some for a later date.

In a crockpot, put 2-4 chicken breast (depending on how much you wanna make), a packet of taco seasoning, a jar of salsa and squeeze a lime or two. Cook for 5.5hours on low. Shred the chicken and cook for another 30mins.

If I’m trying to be low carb, I just eat it by itself. Otherwise you can put it in a tortilla for tacos or eat it with chips.

  • My go-to breakfast is a 2 egg omlet with spinach, bell pepper, and zucchini inside and 1 Tbsp of sour cream and avocado on top. It comes out to about 250 calories and keeps me full for a long time!
