Today was that day for me.... I tried & tried but between work & visiting family I only scored on the water scale.

Reminding myself why I am here and that I bet on myself BC I believe in myself keeps me coming back. My fitness journey this past year has helped me really appreciate my body's ability & beauty and I really want to see where this journey ends!
