For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good morning, I was feeling a little discouraged thinking I was so close to my diet bet goal, but still so far. Then this morning I had a weight loss. I can do this. Even though I'm going to a cabin this weekend with friends, going to be hard to stick to clean eating. Starting the day with oatmeal and fruit. Maybe a little too much fruit? But it's better than a donut! Lol
