  • Easy protein pizza tonight because sometimes you just need a quick healthier versions of one of your favorite foods! This is a Quest protein pizza (bought from walmart) that I split with my husband and added some veggies on the side! Take the foods you love & find healthier versions! What'd you have for dinner?

Had a homemade Greek salad. I was surprised at the fat in my dressing. Apolonia Greek dressing. it’s the pink Greek dressing 17 grams of fat in 2 tablespoons! I had 4. Learned the hard way after eating and logging. That’s okay. I’m learning and my salad was way better than I could have had.

Sounds great everyone! Whole pizza is 800 cals but split and steamed veggies is about 450! it was so good!
