For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

A little bit about me: my name is Sydney (@syd_journey on Instagram) and I’m a mom to a 3 year old son. I lost 92 pounds back in 2019 and gained back over 50 of it. I’m still in the process of losing weight and getting healthier. I’m excited to do this with you all!

Hi! I’m Crystal. I usually like indulging during the holidays and ordering a ton of Taco Bell and pizza to the house. I easily gain about 20-30 lbs so January is all about working out and eating healthy and no alcohol! While it can be quite the switch and a bit daunting, it is so worth it to me to lose the weight and maintain through out the year. What we do daily is the key in weight loss. Having a healthy routine helps me reach my goals.
