  • IM ALIVE!!!! What a week. Ok, i stepped on the scale today, I still have 6 pounds to lose which means I’ve only lost 2! I’m ok with this and I know why, but I def need to be better about checking in here more, and keeping up with all the pieces I need, to make my bet. One reason I’m slower is I haven’t time this week to gym, today I finally went (since Wednesday), and I feel amazing. Per usual.

    Workout today:
    Started with 5 min cardio uphill walk
    Smith machine: squats at 120 lbs (I did 100)
    Leg press at 150 (100)
    This machine you sit in and push back with only yoir back, it makes my buns burn @ 150 pounds (I did 70)
    “Good girls” hip abduction 100 @ 150 pounds
    Back to cardio: 30 minutes jog. It was actually ok, but it was no kind of sprint.

    For fun, I stood on the scale, and seen I was down 1 lb : )


    For class today we are making healthy homemade chipotle bowls, I’ll post pics later : )
