How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Welcome everyone, I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, I'll be your host! Kandice is my sister and co-host.

    I like to do weekly challenges as part of our game, it helps to keep the game more interactive and motivating. You don't have to be a member to win a weekly challenge. (Optional of course)

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here is the challenge if you want to participate:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, Thursday and Friday! (February 29th and March 1st)

    Starting on Friday there will be a post here, at the top of the game feed, for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 6:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $10 cash prize. Each week the prize amount goes up!

    And one suggestion, but not part of the challenge: Please introduce yourself and share your goals! Let us know where you are on your weight loss/fitness journey, and what your short/long term goals are! Just for fun let us know where you are from. I live in Utah.

Hi guys. I’m Leisha. I’m from Washington… Losing weight is really my goal. I just feel so much better and my back doesn’t hurt as much. This new attitude giving to myself what I would give to other people has shown me. It’s important to love myself. I got a lot of life to live !

Hey! I’m Amanda. I have lost 23 lbs since Christmas Day. I got back from a cruise on Christmas Eve feeling discouraged about how I looked in pictures and decided to do something about it the next day. I have about 40 more pounds to lose and I’m loving the extra motivation and competition with myself that I get from these games. I’m working with a dietitian and focusing on balanced meals, water intake, and eating every 3-4 hours to keep my energy up.
