They have been days of a lot of struggle and full of challenges. I remain firm in my goal of changing my lifestyle and my diet, I feel happy with everything I have advanced.

Doing good. Just need to tighten up on my “cheat meals”. If you don’t treat yourself then you are more likely to cave. So I treat myself from time to time but still do small portions. So far so good! How are you?
