I’m still like 5lbs away. Been retaining so much fluid. I have stomach issues & it’s been taking its toll. But I’m trying to drink all the water I can & hopefully do nothing but protein shakes to give my belly a rest.

@ash what water pill do you use?

I take collagen, magnesium capsules, kombucha, and even miralax every other day. My intestines are just terrible so I always retain. It’s awful.
