  • When it comes to sweets and treats, do you cut back or cut out when you are actively trying to lose weight? For me its easier not to take the first bite. However some people are able to satisfy their sweet tooth with small amounts of treats, like a square of dark chocolate. Which side do you fall on. In the long run a healthy lifestyle is easier to maintain if you practice moderation instead of deprivation. So what is your strategy?

Small bites for me. It’s so hard to go cold turkey when there’s so much temptation around you. I was only able to go cold turkey one time and that was when my wife did the no sugar diet with me. Without her, I would not have been able to do it!

I eat the sweets and all the carbs, just not as much. I could never stick to a diet if I had to cut out sweets and carbs completely.
