Been a crazy week; super busy & on the road a lot. It’s always harder to make good food choices when I’m busy- it takes time to prep & it’s easy to skip when I feel rushed. One of my favorite go to snacks lately has been fresh cucumber slices. I took a cuke to work the other day but didn’t have time to slice it & then forgot a knife so I ended up eating it like an apple. 😂. Another day I was looking for a snack for in the car and found a bag of fresh green beans- lots of fiber, lol!. Made my son’s birthday cake this weekend & managed to not eat/taste test my way through it although I did have a cupcake at the end of the day- but that was it! Not perfect but I managed some good choices ❤ It’s so important to remember not perfect doesn’t mean failure!

It sounds like you had a lot of obstacles towards eating well, but made some really good choices! It really sounds like you did an excellent job :-)
