  • Hi everyone, day one here! I’m climbing my way back to fitness with a goal of losing 15 pounds overall, about 6 of them in this first month. I will be running with iFIT on my treadmill, indoor cycling with Peloton, and hopefully paddling my SUP in nature. What are your plans? 📋?

Shooting for less exercise and more appetite control. Stalled for months… I normally overdo it in the gym and it catches up to me with appetite skyrocketing. Mostly getting steps in and eating clean.
