I’ve already struggled and felt like giving up twice, but ChatGPT saves the day every time!

Pivoting with help, and a new plan for the win. It can be a daily plan, a minute by minute plan, or a moment by moment plan.

I wasn’t happy with the meal plan so I jumped ship. I looked into getting my money back but that wasn’t an option I could find, so I asked ChatGPT is my goal still doable, and I was met with a heck yes!

Turning my today around to get out all the sugar. Go ultra clean for the next 24 hours. No junk, sugar or flour. Hydrate aggressively (1 gallon). Add a “burn off” session: 20-30 min brisk walk today.
