Feeling really frustrated. I have been gaining and losing the same 2 lbs for the past week and a half or so. The low end is still 1 lb over my goal weight for this challenge. I’ve been really active and monitoring my food intake. I think my body just doesn’t want to get past this plateau and I don’t know how to get over this hump to keep my momentum. Any tips?

Water always helps me and being more faithful about the food im eating when tracking. Sometimes I'll also try a new workout to switch things up. You got this, keep going!

Drink more water , watch for the salt intake . Also Sugar and carbs retain more water . Sleep more if you can ( that’s a tricky one for me )
