Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ok there was a guy on day 4 who posted he made his goal weight weigh in. We all know it’s full of lies, trickery, and chaos, but good for him for keeping going.


It’s day 16 and I just squeaked by to my goal weight! I know it’s a good chunk of water weight… I know I can rebound hard so it’s a matter of consistency and sticking with it.


I just wanted to be that guy :) keep going folks!

Good for you. Yea many people tend to show they have lost the weight but it's the diet and exercise that help you become you. For some it's easy to loss that weight to some is hard. Maybe you gain muscle instead of lossing the weight. But it's okay. We have a goal and determination to be better ourselves. It's not easy no one said good things come in easy.
