Happy Week 1 is coming to end. I learned about the importance of tracking calories/macros and that I feel way better with adequate protein and fiber and lots of times when I feel tired/hungry I'm actually dehydrated. I didn't see the scale move too much, but I'm hoping to double-down on good habits and see some success next week.

When I first started tracking my macros, I had no idea how much fat I was taking in on a daily basis. Tracking is so important.
