How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

With only a few days left before the final weigh-in, now’s the time to make some tweaks if needed! If you’re feeling like you need a little more help, look at either getting some extra movement in throughout the day, or looking to drop a few calories in your daily intake. Remember, this is only to help meet a goal, NOT long term so don’t be afraid to play around with things a bit.😊👍

I get that. My 35th is Sunday. Feeling the pressure. Tighten up the reigns hoping to hit goal by bday not to have to wait until tail end of weigh in dates

I’ve been focused on extra low impact movement and it’s really helping! Yesterday after that tough leg day I did a 15 minute walk around the hospital and a 30 minute stationary bike ride (slow during a meeting!).

Joel are you doing another Q&A?
