What nutrition plan is everyone following? Just balanced for me. Got back to using My Fitness Pal to track. Had been writing everything down in paper journal but I knew I had to dial it in much tighter. Very very eye opening and seeing ALL the reasons my weight has been creeping for a long time.

I’ve following a customized plan that I used 6 years ago to lose 40lbs. I’ve kept it off but now my goals have shifted and ive realized I have some fine tuning to do. I eat 6 times a day and I focus on high protein low carb moderate fat. Just checked in with two new clients to see how theirs were going and one lost 8lbs the first week and the other 5! We’ve got this!
