Hi everyone! This group is sooo quiet. I wanted to see if everyone wants to share their favorite healthy recipe here?
Mine is zucchini lasagna.
5 sliced zucchinis. I use part skim ricotta and part skim shredded cheese, lean ground beef or lean ground turkey and any pasta sauce you like. You make this just like you would a lasagna. Sooooo delicious and healthy for you!!!!

I am hugely introverted, that's why i'm on here and not at a gym. I don't post any more on here than i would be likely to do social media influencing. It is almost as mortifying to me.

Def not a GLP-1 user. Just extremely busy, which is why I joined the group… to hold myself accountable for prioritizing my health.
Unfortunately, that means I don’t have much time to make creative healthy meals. So twice a week I just batch meal prep air fried chicken, veggies, and rice and eat the same thing for lunch and dinner nearly every day.
It’s not fun, but it takes the stress and guess work out of what to eat and ensures I don’t pick up fast food!
