How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

For those who track calories, any tips on how to keep it up long term, more than a few days or weeks? I always lose weight when I track, but it's usually hard to keep going with it. I booted up my calorie-tracking app again the other day & it feels good to be doing it again. I hope it lasts. 😁

I like to track what I eat for a period of time, then take breaks. It helps me learn about how food impacts me, but then I don’t feel like I’m all thinking about is calories

Thanks, yeah that's kinda a nice way to do it, take breaks now & then. I bet if my breaks in between were just shorter, that would help. ?
