How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Help, I’m struggling! :(

I do intermittent fasting. I eat low kcal and low carb and cut down my portion size. I don’t snack(only 2 times since the bet started). Only zero soda’s or water. Cut down my caffeine. I do a high energy cardio workout at least 1 hour a day 5/6 days a week and walk in a fast pace a minimum of 30 minutes daily.

In the first week I lost almost 2% of my bodyweight already. But now my weight is back to where I started?! I weigh myself same time same conditions. Is this a common thing? I feel so demotivated… Still continuing w what I am doing tho(it should work in the long term right)…

Is there anyone who can explain this?

Haha lurking in the shadows! I’m still here but luckly struggling less. Still not pleased with the amount of work I put in compared to the outcome but I figure I still need to get used to my post-pregnancy body. My hormones are sooo different than before! Making peace with the fact this time around things will go slower or at least different than what I am used to. Frustrating? Yes. A bad thing? Nah.

How are you doing?! <3
