How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • You worked out… and the scale went UP? Wait a minute, that wasn’t the plan!

A little reassurance for our fitness week: new or tougher workouts can cause temporary water retention while your muscles recover. A higher weigh in doesn’t automatically mean fat gain, so don’t let one number convince you your effort was wasted.

Here’s what I want us focusing on: finding movement we’ll actually want to do again! Not the hardest workout. Not burning off yesterday’s dinner. Just building a routine that fits real life.

Put on a good podcast, walk with a friend, or turn your kitchen into a dance floor. And remember, you can split your 30 minutes into three sessions of 10 minutes!

What’s your movement plan today? Music recommendations are also welcome. Every good walk deserves a good playlist!

I am doing 25 minutes of weights and then riding a stationary bike for 30 minutes while I catch up on “Wheel of Fortune “
