Add a reply...try just protein little to no fat lots and lots of water and slow down on anything with sodium and caffeine. veggies are great no bread no pasta no rice no beef no potatoes no no no boy I am mean! sorry I am talking to myself! fish no butter no sauces no toppings there I go again sorry I just try to eat smaller portions and keep busy and I drink tons of water I eat good salads with very little non fat dressing healthy beans like black, ground turkey, fish lean protein good luck I have 1/2 lb to go before weigh in and I know it is crazy stress full good luck and have fun at your events that's the most important
