How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Congratulations everyone! Even if you didn't lose all the weight, hopefully you lost some AND you helped the Foundation. If you didn't lose the weight, don't be discouraged, just formulate a new plan and keep going! In the end, it doesn't matter how long it takes to get healthy as long as you get there. :)

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight (May 28) at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on May 30 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted. Remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! And don't forget to check your spam folder. You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.
Once all weigh ins are submitted, the game will finalize 24-36 hours after that. Good luck!

How is everyone doing? Even if you have had a poor start, don't give up! You can make a lot of changes in the next 19 days. Give up processed foods and get pepper proportions of protein. Healthy fats, healthy carbs and lots and lots of greens at every meal. Drink plenty of water (at least half your weight in ounces) and see how you feel!

*proper not pepper :). Although if you like pepper, use as much as you want :). Did you know capsaicin is a natural pain reliever and can boost your metabolism.
