How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

All though I made my goal I have to say I was a little disappointed with this game.You guys were so insperational on the show. when my last game ended I couldnt wait for yours to start. I would have liked to hear more from you guys throughout the game. I realize you have busy lives but thats why people sign up,so we feel like your on the challange with us. Just something to think about if you ever host another game. Your still my favorite Ewl transformation God Bless😘

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight (Oct 6) at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Oct 8 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted. Remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! And don't forget to check your spam folder. You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.
Once all weigh ins are submitted, the game will finalize 24-36 hours after that. Good luck!

Just ran a 5k. On the treadmill.... I hate running inside but it gets dark too early to run outside. Finish in 40 min and 15 sec. 2 min faster than Mondays time!. Have an official 5k oct 10th!
