How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hit under my goal weight for the first time this morning. Yay! And a few more days to lose a bit more before weigh in. This is my first DietBet so it's a great feeling to lose more than 4% in one month and hit a goal. Bring on 2016!

Completed the PIYO Fix and 10 Min Abs workouts this morning! Intense and heart-pumping, but felt amazing! I can feel myself getting stronger every week! Keep up the hard work everyone - WE CAN DO THIS!!

  • NSO - yesterday I finally hit my challenge of running 10k. Since January I have changed my life with DietBet and fitnessblender. I have lost 46lbs so far (12 to go) and have gone from someone who couldn't run the length of my driveway to someone who can run 10k.

    I am smaller, fitter and over all more healthy. I feel like I can do anything. Thank you dietbet for the motivation and keeping me from slacking off. Haven't lost a bet yet, it's amazing what a small amount if cash can do to inspire me to stay motivated and committed!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight (Dec 13) at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Dec 15 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted. Remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! And don't forget to check your spam folder. You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.
Once all weigh ins are submitted, the game will finalize 24-36 hours after that. Good luck!
