How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I didn't quite meet my goal, but had fun with the game and I really do feel as if I benefited from the challenge. I started off strong, then faltered, then got back with it, then traveled for a few days. So, how do I sign up for the next Metabolic Challenge? I want to be challenged! :)

You will get a different weigh-in word! I have weight-in myself earlier today and now - hours later, my weight is clearly higher!
The weigh-in reminder however states, that I still (for this game) have till tomorrow to weigh in. I think I need to wait ;-)

I had an interesting weekend, and made it through ok. My family had to travel out of town, which meant eating in restaurants for two full days. We went to fairly nice restaurants, so it was not impossible to find food on my plan. But one restaurant did not have goat cheese to substitute for cow cheese on my salad. So I ordered a different salad with kale and tuna instead. The tuna was raw! Ugh, I don't eat raw tuna, so I went without protein for that meal. Not easy, but I made it through. Let's see what the scale says tomorrow at the end of this challenge. I might make it, and even if I don't, this challenge has really helped me.

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight (Jan 31) at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Feb 2 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted. Remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! And don't forget to check your spam folder. You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.
Once all weigh ins are submitted, the game will finalize 24-36 hours after that. Good luck!
