How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight (Feb 15) at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Feb 17 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted. Remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! And don't forget to check your spam folder. You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.
Once all weigh ins are submitted, the game will finalize 24-36 hours after that. Good luck!

How'd you do?!

Better than I thought I would honestly! I went overboard for one dinner (my team ordered tons of apps for everyone to share), and even though I definitely ate some *divine* flatbread pizza and mozzarella triangles, I also chose some hummus and salad! I made sure to make a smoothie to take on the train with me, though, and as soon as I arrived, I bought some fruit and nuts to snack on. Overall I am pretty pleased! I am finding this DietBet to be super motivational.

I've been doing 2-a-day workouts since we started and I've GAINED some weight back. How frustrating.

I've been told that sometimes working out a ton will make you hold on to water weight since your muscles get a bit swollen!

Hey all! I can say this have been really rough for me! Bc I can't workout per the ortho doc. Since I have my Achilles fixed on Oct 12th. So I am pretty much ramping up my food tracking and my physical activities that I do on a daily basis. And yet the worst part is I have to have the other one done too. :( so I want to thank Ellen for hosting this diet bet and everyone else who is in on this. You making me trying to lose a whole lot easier! :)
