How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I was hoping to surpass my number but am proud enough that I hit the number today when it didn't seem like I was going to as of yesterday. Waiting to devour these pita chips!!!!

I made it!!!! Super proud of myself! My weight has gone up and down throughout this process (weighing myself every day surely didn't help lol) and as of right now I am 3 ounces under my goal weight. I was really worried that I wasn't going to make it to my goal. Gotta submit this weight NOW before it changes haha.

I agree weighing every day took an emotional toll haha. But I had to make sure that I was making progress! Congrats! This is great motivation!
