How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

One to take a break for a month or two in order to concentrate more on lifting heavy to improve my overall body composition - dietbet shave been fantastic motivators but with lifting this past month it's harder to control my appetite and my weight is dropping slower, barely squeaked by this goal and was really stressed I couldn't pull it off this time. I've lost 60 lbs in the past 6 months and dietbet was a huge help! Will def be back for another round when I can maintain this 10lb/month pace again

This time last week, I was golden. But I fell off my program a bit and unfortunately didn't make it. Oh well. Good job to those who made their goals. If you didn't win but still made progress, good for you!

Not this game luckily but on another game I was so close that holding my ipad to snap the photo caused the number to be up so I had to beg my husband to take the photo without looking at my total because I didn't want him to see how much marriage weight I had added.

I feel guilty I did a 10k on Sunday and used that as an excuse to eat 2 delicous dark choclate almond lacy cookies today. It made me feel really off haven't had sugar like that in awhile. Just put in a nighttime run trying to makeup for it. Ugh and my weight is up four pounds from lowest.. I think I'm holding fluids cause it feels like it. Been here before I'll drop it quick glad I had big buffer and was below goal.. I'll make weight in kickstarter

Wow! Made my goal weight right on the ounce! Was worried after the weekend I'd need the extra day, but I'm submitting this baby! Good luck to all those trying to get off those last few ounces! :)

I had an awesome vacation and while I stayed active and ran several miles I ate out often and went a bit overboard on treats some day. One visit to a Chinese food place was probably 2 days of calories. I hadn't had any alcohol in months and have been strict with my calorie counting but a weekend away and a visit to a few micro breweries and I definetly overdid it on the carbs.
