How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

After a week of traveling at thanksgiving (with no scale) I was reading weigh in. So happy that I just barely made it under my goal! I guess my routine and hard with the first part of the game paid off.

So I was a loser in this. Oh well...
I am glad I tried it but would not do it again. I really expected more support, chatter, that the administrator would be posting encouragement (and think there was mention of weekly prizes or shout outs? Not sure) and rallying everyone. I am happy that overall I ate well, worked out 5-6 days a week, and I have non scale victories that I am lifting heavier weights and jeans are fitting better, less bloating and feel more energetic. Happy about that. Hope you all had a good month and that the rest of you are all winners!!

Thanks! There were 58 people signed up and I think only about 5-6 posted anything! I have a good FB group that I have done clean eating challenges with before - will probably go back to them :)

I was new to DB and I went all in with three challenges in November. This was by far the least supportive one, and like you, I was disappointed. The host probably had good intentions. Life happens, but hey, we are still lighter and healthier, right?!

Stomach bug has kept me down for a couple of days. Not the way I like to shed pounds. I've been too weak to exercise. Hoping tomorrow is better.

I am feeling like I used to in school. Could make good grades all semester and then just one bad (or even average) test score was all it took to mess it up ;) And same here - can make healthy, intentional choices, meal plan ahead, workout 5-6 days a week for three weeks - and this weekend seems to have derailed all progress. Sigh. Anyway, maybe it is all just water weight and not apple pie weight - haha. Guess we will see in three days at the final weigh in!

Celebrated Thanksgiving today (husband had to work all day yesterday) - started out the day with a workout at the gym, then a green veggie juice/smoothie, then we had our big meal with grandparents and stuffed myself silly - haha. Back on track tomorrow, though! Already have workout plans at 8:00 so that is good!

Is anyone else a little terrified of Thanksgiving in a few days? I've done well with my goals so far, but I'm afraid of falling off the wagon while being out of town and around so much food!
