Just found a recipe for a Korea ncarrot salad so yum!

1 pound julienne cut carrots (bought the bag at Walmart)
Minced garlic (1 tbs)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbs sugar (eye balled it- doesn’t need much)
1 tbs ground coriander
Optional a little cayenne pepper_

1/3 cup of oil of your choice heat it in a sauce pan- put half of a red onion until soften

Mix all together. Put it in the fridge- enjoy a few hours later. Yum!

Slow and steady repetition, be in it for the process and feeling healthier not the end goal. Pay attention to your macros ( i use an app). Its a marathon not a sprint.

This bet made me step my game up, keep accountable when it got tough, plus reach my 300lb goal again - so thank you all for having my back! I try my best to be a good host & help everyone - but you guys have no idea how much you help me! Thank you for being here and for making it another great month! I look forward to crushing 2024 with you all and seeing us all change our lives!

    A few things:
    - You have until Tuesday March 5th @ 11:59PST to submit your final weight. If you have any problems finding the weigh in word or with your final weigh in please email support@dietbet.com and they can help you!
    - If you accidentally submit your weigh in and need to resubmit they can also reset that for you or if you log into a desktop computer on dietbet you can delete the weigh in and start over!
