Just found a recipe for a Korea ncarrot salad so yum!
1 pound julienne cut carrots (bought the bag at Walmart)
Minced garlic (1 tbs)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbs sugar (eye balled it- doesn’t need much)
1 tbs ground coriander
Optional a little cayenne pepper_
1/3 cup of oil of your choice heat it in a sauce pan- put half of a red onion until soften
Mix all together. Put it in the fridge- enjoy a few hours later. Yum!
