  • " Think about how healthy you already are." I'm working through a 30 day of a class for beginners I'm on day 12. We were setting up eagle pose, a very twisty pose, and it's not available to me. I'm standing there with my body all wrapped around as best as I can think im not flexible enough to get there, im so out of shape... and Eliz says this "... really pressed down and think about how healthy you already are" what a shift in mindset! I feel like I just had a breakthrough with a therapist. I'm sitting there with a "I can't do an Eagle pose mentality" and then there is a shift to "I can do most of an Eagle pose."

Thank you! I always find myself struggling during workouts and beating myself up because I can't quite do the move, but this is a game changer! Thanks for giving us all some inspiration!

I love this mindset shift! I used to do yoga a lot but not in a long time. Tried the other night and did a standing pose series that I still remember. Got to eagle pose and my body was just like uh what are you doing? No, no we can’t do that. :joy:. It’s a tough one!

Made some delicious chicken chili. 5 of 6 kids decided not to eat it. More work lunches for me, I guess! Also shoveled a lot of snow this week. Hopefully my efforts help!

    A) Pumped and have already taken the leap and submitted your official starting weight!
    B) Waiting until the first day of 2024
    C) Still wrapping up some things (hoiday travel, time off, get togethers, etc..) and weighing in just a bit later

    Some weigh-in tips
    * Please refer to the 2024 Game Changer Transformer FAQs to answer any questions, or message support@dietbet.com with any questions.
    * Stick to airport attire (no shoes/baggy clothing, hats or heavy jewelry, etc.) step on the scale on a hard, flat surface.
    * Make sure your weigh-in word is clear.
    * Keep your face visible in your full-body shot.
    * You can play 3 kickstarters and 3 transformers at once, and reuse an approved weigh-in within 48 hours, but you must start the weigh-in process to select that option.

    You can officially weigh-in anytime during the first 14 days of the game, so you can ease into this when you'd like. It's also not too late to invite your friends! Use the button up top to get even more social support from friends and family!
