Thanks for that post. I struggled with an eating disorder too, and diets always bring me to close to relapse, which is scary. I read that book a year or so ago, your post reminded me to take a look again. I wholeheartedly agree with her bottom line. We don't have to be perfect to heal our eating behavior, the battle to win is in our heads.
