Non-scale victory of the week!

I kept on doing good with my food choices and even if I didn't excercise the scale went down a tiny bit. Better then adding on for sure

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been on point with food and did not fall for temptation to buy junk food when I didn't have lunch prepared for work. Very good feeling.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I love that my mindset to food is changing and that I don't feel like I am on a diet. But I am still losing weight slowly as WHAT I eat has changed.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am so happy that my I have been making helthy choices and have swapped out so many things that I normally eat. I really believe in eathing what you love but try to find better healthier option for these dishes and it's working really well for me. I haven't been able to exercise as much as I wanted but my changes in food is giving results.

I have been thinking positive about myself and my body and wore a two piece swim suit without feeling ashamed. That was big for me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did not get to do as much exercise as I would have loved to do. But o have been ON POINT with my diet and it shows on the scale. I am really happy to have come into a much better routine with mymeals and have been meal prepping to have lunch to take to work. I love a cold coke and would drink ome or two daily but I only had 2 in 10 days which is another great step in the right direction.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could defenantly have tried harder to get more exercise in. I purchased a membership to the gym already so I have no excuses.

Keep my diet and meal prepping going and defenantly take more time to go to the gym. I also want to call the gym and set up a meeting to get a personalized program set up.

I have joined the gym recently and want to MAKE TIME to go more often. I plan to food prep to have healthy food to work. I also want to drink more water daily.
