  • today's quick morning grocery haul after the gym was for my markdowns! Most stores mark down meat/produce in the mornings so we will freeze meat or get produce we'll be using before it goes bad! This helps us try new things and eat healthy cheaper. We also will plan meals around sale ads and use coupons. Eating healthy doesnt have to be expensive! We got rotisserie chicken, romaine, salad mixes, bananas, potatoes, pistachios and more for wraps, tacos, etc! What's your best tip for healthy grocery shopping?

Ooh..i love that idea of adding flaxseed & chia ! I’m so going to have to do that. I used to add flaxseed oil to smoothies but never thought of adding the seeds to a yogurt bowl.
