What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
my weight fluctuates a lot but for the past months I’ve been able to keep fairly steady with only a few pound fluctuation even though I moved cross country with my husband in two cars and a truck and am trying to buy a house. It has been really hard to stay on track bc my weights are in atorqge but I just got them out and I’m going to start going to the locker for my squats. gotta get going and see how far I can get. I’m hoping to get my beautiful muscles back!
